A Twitter account associated with previous, accurate leaks has revealed more alleged details about the LG Nexus 4 mobile phone.

User @evleaks claims that the imminent Google handset is just 9.1 millimetres thin and weighs only 139 grams, despite sporting a 4.7-inch HD screen.

Previous rumours of a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM have been reiterated, with a 2,100 mAh battery ensuring this power-sapping technology does not result in frequent recharging.

Google has sent out invitations to an event taking place on October 29th and many people expect the company to officially introduce the new gadget there.

Microsoft has also confirmed that it will unveil its Windows Phone 8 operating system on this day, with handsets like the HTX 8X and Nokia Lumia expected to go on sale soon afterwards as a result.

If it is revealed at the event, the LG Nexus 4 may be available in November.
