We reported yesterday that ads were going to be splashed all over American papers today telling users that they would have a part in designing the upcoming mobile phone.
Along with the advert came a sign-up page and more details have since emerged about how users will be able to design their own Moto X.
According to ABC News, which was linked with an unknown source, users will be able to pick their own colour and engrave their name or a message on the back cover.
The process will be done through a website and it may also give customers the option to upload a photo to act as their default wallpaper.
However any clarification about whether this customisation would stretch to the hardware or software of the device is still unknown.
