Mobile phone company Sony has released the Xperia E Jelly Bean which has hit online stores for a budget-friendly £129.
The handset that was first revealed in December has now gone on sale for the UK so people who aren't wanting to pay the more hefty smartphone prices, that can market for around £500, may have an answer in the latest Sony model.
Although late, it was originally scheduled to be released in February, it is reasonably fast with its 1GHz processor. The phone also comes with a 3.5-inch HGVA screen, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 4GB on-board storage and 512MB of RAM.
It might not be be the peak of technology or speed but it will provide ample power for users to access Google Play and Sony's entertainment packages.
However it may thrill the technology savvy on a certain level as Sony announced at a company event earlier this year that the Xperia E would include Mozilla's new mobile operating system.
