Clearing your Cookies and Temporary Internet files
1. From the menu at the top of the browser window, select 'Tools' then choose 'Internet Options' from the drop-down menu.
2. On the 'General' tab under the 'Browsing history' section, click 'Delete...'.
3. Click 'Delete files...'.
4. Click 'Yes' to confirm when prompted.
5. Click 'Delete cookies...'.
6. Click 'Yes' to confirm when prompted.
You will need to restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
PLEASE NOTE: After deleting the cookies from your browser you may need to re-enter your login details for any other websites you frequently visit.
