Clearing your Cookies and Temporary Internet files
1. From the menu at the top of the browser window, select 'Tools' then choose 'Internet Options' from the drop-down menu.
2. On the 'General' tab click 'Delete Cookies'.
3. Click 'OK' to confirm this when prompted.
4. Again on the 'General' tab, click 'Delete Files'.
5. Click 'OK' to confirm this when prompted.
6. Click 'OK' to close the 'Internet Options' window and save your changes.
You will need to restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
PLEASE NOTE: After deleting the cookies from your browser you may need to re-enter your login details for any other websites you frequently visit.
